Open to all ages, creeds, abilities, colors, shapes and sizes.
Join us on the Last Saturdays of the month as we co-create time and space for people of all walks of life to come together and enjoy three hours playful dancing, deep listening and mindful movement.
Kids of all ages are welcome to the jam portion with adult supervision, the workshop at the start is suitable for adults and teenagers.

$5 – $10 suggested donation for the jam, $15 for the workshop
*NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS*
