Electronic Music, Synthesizers & MIDI: “Wired For Sound”

I frequently lecture about Electronic Music, Synthesis, MIDI, Music Software (Ableton LIVE in particular) and control systems. I’ve been working with synthesizers since I got my first one in 1978 and I LOVE talking about and demonstrating these instruments and electronic music production in general. I am available for Lecture/Demonstrations, Clinics and Master Classes at your school, store, library or other educational institution. Contact me for details.

Wired Wednesdays

A free electronic music meet up, workshop and learning session for those interested in Electronic Music Production. Hands on demos of musical instruments, special guests, etc. Also featuring discussions of Ableton LIVE. We meet at the Newburgh Free Library, 124 Grand Street, on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Space Create Presents

Hudson Valley Music Collective

I’ll be doing an intro to electronic music workshop for the new Hudson Valley Music Collective on Feb 20th in New Paltz NY. This is a wonderful new music education organization offering workshops, jam sessions, performances clinics etc. If it goes well it will become a regular event, with special sessions and events, performances, etc.
